Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Emojimovie - Guess the Film! mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Emojimovie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, accounts, or systems.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers consumable in-app purchases (coin packs), a non-consumable purchase (Remove Ads), and an auto-renewable subscription (Weekly Bonus). All purchases are processed by Apple through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms.

4. Subscription Terms

• Title: Weekly Bonus
• Duration: 1 week (auto-renewing)
• Price: $1.99 USD per week (or local equivalent)
• Benefits: 150 bonus coins per week and removal of advertisements while the subscription is active.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews at the end of each weekly period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period.

5. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Coins purchased or earned within the App have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency or items of monetary value outside the App, and are non-refundable except as required by law. Unused coins are forfeited if you delete the App or close your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Emojimovie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. References to movie titles within the App are used solely for the purpose of the trivia game and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the rights holders of those titles.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Emojimovie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App or other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
